I purchased the 100 mg gummies not realizing how very strong they are. I partook of slightly less than 1/2 of a gummy and it was too much for me. I think there needs to me a recommended dosing for the gummies--start with 1/4 and increase as tolerated. I felt very out of it-i knew it was too much so I did not enjoy the feeling. I will start out with 1/8th and increase as I feel the need to get my desired effect. I think I will enjoy the gummies at a lower dosage.
