Damage During Shipping: We take customer satisfaction very seriously. We thoroughly inspect all our shipments carefully before leaving our warehouse however we understand that during the transport process packages are subject to damage. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 72 hours of arrival. Please contact us directly and provide information on the damage so we can rectify the situation.
Shipping Policy: All United States customers can expect packages to arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Due to COVID-19, shipments via USPS may take longer to arrive, please check your tracking information provided to you to see live updates on your shipments.

If you place your order online and shopify flags as a fraudulent or suspicious order we will not fulfill your order as a protection. We will try and contact you via the information provided and get required information to progress with your order. If we do not reach you during these attempts of contact. Your order will not be fulfilled.
